Our fees vary with the type of project and personnel required. Where the level of effort can be defined, we will be happy to work up a total fee, rather than an hourly rate. Design jobs may be priced as a lump sum. Other work may be priced as lump sum or an hourly rate with a not to exceed figure. We will be happy to discuss our fees with you and help you establish budgetary estimates for your work.
Yes. We can travel to any city to serve our clients. We frequently travel throughout FL to the Keys, Naples, Ft. Myers, Orlando, Tampa and the Florida panhandle. Our work has taken us to Grand Cayman, The Bahamas, Puerto Rico, St. Marten, and various U.S. States. Greg McLellan is also a licensed P.E. in Louisiana and Puerto Rico.
Yes. All of our Engineers are experienced in building design. Most of our building design is associated with our forensic investigations, repair of damaged structures, concrete restoration or structural modifications and peer reviews. We are able to assist our clients if necessary, but we do not specifically solicit design of new buildings.
